Conversation Partner: Aviv
Time: 2:00-3:00 9/18/15
On Friday, Aviv and I stopped by Moe's to get lunch. We discussed how it was funny that we basically ordered the same thing. I asked him if he liked his burrito and he wittingly replied,"What's not to like about it." I thought this was a really cool way to respond as it takes more mastery over the English language than saying,"It is good" or "It is delcious." We continued our discussion from the previous conversation partner session about the class and what we were going to do when it is completed. Aviv says he may want to go to Germany, since its programs do not require a bachelor's degree. I told him that I am looking forward to South Korea and that I submitted my application materials. I also told him that I got a free burrito the day before, since my birthday was the following day. While discussing my birthday, I told him I would go to New York next weekend and skydive the following day. This conversation partner session was very relaxing and was a great start to the weekend.
