Andrea TS #3

This was tutoring session number 2 with Hye-jeong, my six year old tutee. In preparation for this session I went to the library to find some books. This session was a little more difficult because Hye-jeong was very distracted and she was being somewhat stubborn. She would start the activities and worksheets I had prepared, and then she'd stop and start drawing. I decided that the best thing I could do was to incorporate drawing into the session so that she'd stay on topic but still do the thing she wanted to do. We read a few chapters of Annabelle In The Soup, and we went over the main idea of what we had read. She also learned the word "refrigerator" and we wrote it out several times so that she would remember.
